This is the 6th Annual Fashion Design Camp. A week long of half day sessions.Learn to sew this summer and have some fun with your friends! There are 4 sessions available and each only includes 5-6 students. Click on the PDF to download the form. Note: 11 yrs and up only ( you may email me regarding whether your younger aged student may attend only if they have used a machine before.) Groups will be mixed age. Supply list sent when a secured payment is made.
Sewing is a practical and creative skill. I learned to create doll clothes at 8 years old and moved on to hats, bags and clothing! At camp we will create a mood board, learn about fabrics and patterns, make an accessory with details, add a ‘up-cycled’ T-Shirt, a fun twirly skirt or lounging pants . Added bonus: Accessorizes for adornment or tiny hat of your choice.
The student Must have a Good working machine: tested and tried at home with someone. Managing a machine that hasn’t been used in awhile is a real hurdle and slows down the learning.
You may rent a machine for $40 ( 4 afternoons of sewing the 5th day we had sew and cut)

The last day we usually meet at my location in SE on 15th near Hawthorne for a Party,
Modeling and a Photo Shoot; bravo- fashionista!
